Abstract: Climate change (CC) challenges require an integrated approach to increase cities’ resilience. Interactions of urban water systems with other urban systems and services are essential to city resilience. Risk identification related to CC for strategic urban services is an essential task for planning resilience in cities. Developments for Lisbon city identification of main CC related hazards and interdependencies mapping are presented. Preliminary results show energy as one of the most critical links on the effects chain. Flooding due to sewerage failure is an important event provoking failure interdependencies among services, especially in transport and socioeconomic functions.
