This paper presents the application of a Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) framework to help selecting the best rehabilitation solution for a water service. MCDA is performed using different criteria from three dimension of analysis (performance, cost and risk) and is applied to a case study in Portugal. Two external scenarios, four rehabilitation alternatives and six evaluation criteria were considered to test the decision context. The ELECTRE III technique was used to rank the rehabilitation alternatives. The results obtained and the main conclusions are presented in this paper.pt_BR
