dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the development of a automatic measurement system used to perform ground anchor proof testing. Among other objectives the new system aims at providing fully automatic data collection, data processing and display. A brief overview of anchor testing, measurable quantities and aspects that governed system design are discussed. The main system components are fully described.
