| Abstract: | This report constitutes the third deliverable of actions B3 and B4, and aims at fulfilling the following objectives: i) to assess the performance of the new adsorbents, developed and characterised in action B3, and of a short-list of commercial powdered activated carbons (PACs), also characterised in action B3, towards the adsorption of a set of target pharmaceutical compounds (PhCs) tested in actions B3 and B4; and ii) to select the coagulants and PACs for pilot testing in action B5. |
